Also the uncensored shotgun execution is priceless. Just a small amount, but what I have tagged as a spoiler was great. Manual aiming mode works fine for the guns too, and I forgot how satisfying the gunplay is. After playing the game for a while though, you don't notice it. Other than that it is basically the same game with slightly upgraded visuals. If you already have a different version of Manhunt 2, the only real reason to get this would be for the uncensored content. It almost feels psychotic at times with its presentation, which is great. It definitely is different from the original in a lot of ways, and it definitely gives off a different vibe. It was done on purpose, but it feels weird with the mouse as you just look from side to side unless you are in manual aim mode with a gun.Īll in all I would say if you are a Manhunt fan and never played the second, give it a go. It definitely feels like a step back from the original in this regard. Just like the other versions you cannot manually look up and down during regular movement which would be my biggest knock against the game. Other than that the controls are a little weird and take a bit of time to get used to.

They were ripped right from the Wii and PS2 versions of the game, and the gameplay looks far better than these. The game does look better than the PS2 or Wii version, but don't expect great graphics. There is also a rating given at the end of each episode, but it is pointless as it doesn't unlock anything to my knowledge. You don't just hold a button and let go to execute, but you actually take part in them. The mouse acts as a Wiimote for the executions. By the end of each 'episode', you will be covered in blood. It is great to see blood splattering all over Danny, Leo, or the character on the unfortunate end of the punishment. It is uncensored, and they have done a great job with the presentation of the executions to keep them from looking too fake. Oh and last but no least, I really don't care that you play the game like this, but R* has the right to do whatever the hell they want with their IP.
